1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, or holidays.

We currently ship to:

  • Australia

  • Selected international destinations

If your country is unavailable at checkout, we currently do not offer shipping to that location.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

4. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding potential charges before placing an order.

6. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Chriskitchengadget is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect or recover the shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

To assist with investigations, we may request:

  • Photographs of damaged items or packaging

  • Additional information regarding the delivery issue

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
